Julien Guillot broadens his range of wines by purchasing grapes that enable him to complement the wines made from grapes grown on the estate, which are produced in very limited quantities. They are all organic and enjoy the same meticulous attention as the estate wines.  A supremely fresh and perfectly balanced wine with notes of strawberry and peony and fine tannins accompanied by a subtle minerality.
